Free Online Women’s Circle on Thu, 2. April, 20:30 – 21:30 Due to current limitations on social gatherings I continue my online women’s circle for every woman here to join for free! We’ll meet on zoom in a group video call for one hour. I’ll moderate the conversation, lead meditations and practices. You’ll be at home wearing comfy clothes and practice in your own space. As always we will practice being in our body, feel the sensations and allow our emotions. This workshop is for you if * you want to calm down, meditate and be present with yourself * get in touch with the multiple facets of yourself and find acceptance and love for yourself * connect with your body, pleasure and femininity on a deeper level My responsibility is to hold safe and loving space for you to just be yourself.
