Monthly Gatherings in TRaum14 - Open Each Month in a Dance

A ritual dance space to begin each month with intention, clarity and community. Each month carries its own quality, echoing the cycle of nature. We are nature, deeply attuned to these rhythms, yet the busyness of life often clutters the mind, empties the soul and exhausts the body. These monthly gatherings invite you to pause at the beginning of each month, to reflect, look ahead, reconnect with what truly matters and listen to your inner essence. At the heart of this practice is a loving, supportive community that holds the space together. As mammals, we were never meant to live alone. These gatherings offer your nervous system an ancestral reminder: you are not alone, your tribe is here, you can rest in community.
