Intuitive Dance: Root, Flow, Bloom

This next journey will be an invitation to really ground into your body and embrace all that has filled you with light this summer, find new places of ease in your mind and body, connect with your breath, and dream. • We will arrive in our bodies with gentle movements and deep breaths, • Follow the flow of our inner river with music and various invitations to explore movements, inspired by Steve Paxton’s „Small Dance“, • And allow ourselves to bloom, inspired by healing imagery and live healing sounds.
