Ending your day with yoga is great for stretching out your body, energizing it but also relaxing and calming your mind. The evening flow is designed to challenge both your mind and body to create more focus, inner calm and strength.
All classes can be taught in English or German, depending on students' needs. Bring your own mat or take one of ours, it is included in the price. Shower available.
Please arrive latest 10 minutes before the class starts, so you have enough time to arrive and make yourself comfortable.
