1:1 Dance & Movement Therapy – A Space to Reconnect with Your Body
I offer individual 1:1 dance and movement therapy sessions — a safe, supportive space to slow down, listen to your body, and reconnect through movement, breath, and awareness.
This work can be supportive if you’re experiencing:
- exhaustion, stress, or overwhelm
l- ife transitions (pregnancy, postpartum, new beginnings)
- a desire to feel more grounded and embodied
- inner restlessness, ADHD, or emotional tension
No dance experience is needed. Sessions are gentle, body-led, and adapted to your individual needs.
