Dance has the power to bring us to places of deep inner wisdom. When we’re willing to show up and dance with what is there, embrace ourselves with our strengths and imperfections, when we’re willing to shed layers, we start opening up to the abundant and inspiring landscape of our soul and our spirit. It is here that we can meet and awaken to our own essence and it’s unique strength. JULIA MERCURIO is a certified 5Rhythms teacher with 15 years of dancing experience. She has trained with Gabrielle Roth’s son Jonathan Horan, head of 5Rhythms Global in New York. With sensitivity and well chosen music, Julia creates space to free the body and explore the deeper layers of the soul. She holds a Masters of Art in Intercultural communication, and has trained in different somatic practices, including CoreSoma. The space she holds offers a journey through different energies – from nourishing, to focussed, over ecstatic to playful and sacred. A core theme of her teaching is how to truly fall in love with ourselves and how to use embodiment as a natural resource for healing. Jeden Samstag einen 5Rhythmen-Tages-Workshop von 11 bis 18 Uhr. Jeden Sonntag Ecstatic Dance von 11 bis 13 Uhr.
