Wanna build strength? Make your spine feel super good? Move safely in sport and everyday life? Enjoy your progress together in a team of nice people? In our Pilates sessions we love to use nothing but our body and the floor for conscious muscle recruitment. In our sensorimotor strength & conditioning classes, we combine neuromuscular activation with strength-endurance work. For us, training in a group means more fun and motivation on each individual's journey to greater strength, healthy posture and safe movement.

Hi, I'm Christina. ​​I’m a mat and machine Pilates teacher, certified by one of the leading international schools and Sports Science Coach in education. Further education: "Shoulder Biomechanics", "Pilates and male body structures", "Pilates for Runners", "Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies". My aim is to create powerful yet playful sessions for all levels. Would be happy to train with you!
