we, an atelier and office collective in Anzengruberstraße in 1050 Vienna, are looking for 1 new member. We are 8 people who use a shared three-room atelier and office for our artistic and scientific work. The atelier/office space is available immediately and costs 135 euros per month and is tax deductible thanks to the rental agreement. The deposit is 130 euros. Unfortunately, the premises are not barrier-free (1st floor, no elevator). We offer: - A lovely atelier and office community of 8 people in total, who are all on the WLINTA* spectrum. - A workplace for painting, carpet work and other forms of visual art in a room with 2 other visual artists - A workspace in a writing room in a room with 3 other creative and academic writers. - Both rooms are cozy, bright and high, and are located on a quiet residential street. They can be heated with a stove or electrically and are rather cool in summer. The workplace for the visual artists can sometimes be chilly in winter, but has worked well for everyone so far. - A cozy sofa. - A fully equipped and functional kitchen (soon with seating and table) - A bathroom with shower - Bicycle parking in the courtyard.
