Ki Aikido - 6-Week Introductory Course

In this weekly Tuesday course (plus one or two optional Saturdays), you will be introduced to aikido with mind and body coordination (shin shin toitsu do). We are the only representative dojo of this Aikido school in Austria. No prior knowledge of martial arts is necessary. Aikido is an art of harmony and can help understand related concepts such as peace. You will learn how to perceive and breath correctly and move with coordination. There is no fixed fee. You are welcome to consider a donation. It is more important that you are committed to the duration of the course, The trainer speakers German and English.
