Thousands of people flocked to where he was staying. Sick people, who doctors had give up as incurable, came to Gröning with only one wish: to get well. The inconceivable happened. Sonntagspost, a German newspaper wrote on 25.06.1949: "Bruno Gröning heals the lame, the blind, those who could not speak..." Healings did not stop when Bruno Gröning passed away, people continue to report on various helps and healings even today.
