Verbal Conversations Encouraged: In addition to movement, verbal conversations during the jam are warmly welcomed and embraced. Allow yourself to move freely and authentically, at your own pace. During the warm-up, I'll guide you through some basic principles of Ecstatic Dance and Contact Improvisation, helping you feel more comfortable and confident as you begin to explore this unique form of movement.
