I am Monika, certified Yoga Alliance 200 RYT, pre-and postnatal, and kids Yoga teacher. Additionally Fashion designer, economist, Agile project manager, florist, partially Kindergarten teacher, and many more I love to do. I'm here now to realise my vision: My passion and goal is to support people physically and emotionally during their lives, giving joy and happiness by creating physical and emotional balance (from childhood to elderly ages).
