I've been working in chocolate since 2012 and I have international experience in both making and selling chocolate as well as organising chocolate tastings (England, Belgium, Hungary, Austria). I've been a chocolate judge for the International Chocolate Awards since 2022.
I am passionate about educating customers, chocolate lovers and helping them discover the wonderful flavour complexity of craft chocolates.
