Ki Aikido - Course for Beginners

You will learn mind & body coordination and a range of exercises supportive for health. "The way of harmony with ki" combines physical and mental training. Partner training and aikido techniques are a study of relationships and leading. Strength is calmness, relaxation and oneness of perception and action. Organised by Ki Aikido Vienna (Verein). The only proponent and school for Ki Aikido in Austria. The teacher has over 25 years' experience in the art.
