Together we take some moments to breath and dive deep into the waves of sound and dialogue. We explore and experience a shamanic sound journey with a playlist reawakening our oceanic memories of life. It starts when a Yogaclass ends with shavasana after a short introduction we lay down, listening and floating in the sound and after the last tone we come together in a circle and share our experiences and insights.
