On the 16th of June we are pleased to invite you all to the Handcarved Stamps & Handprints exhibition by Dogacan Onaran. The exhibition will be for one night only and everyone is invited! The artist’s first handprint exhibition will bring together her unique handprints and stamp creations. The next day she will be giving a workshop about hand carving and hand printing. Born in Ankara, raised in Istanbul, lives in Munich, Dogacan learned printmaking from different artists and practiced a lot by herself with a huge passion. Her carving story has begun actually with her wedding invitation cards. Many people like handmade and handwritten cards, so she decided to move on. In October 2016, official Instagram account has featured her giraffe stamp photo with more than 200 mio. followers (goo.gl/p4rIAQ). In May 2017, Instagram Germany made an interview with her and has featured also her works on @instagramde (goo.gl/BNDRz4). “Working with my hands makes me incredibly creative, sensitive, free and happy. It’s like, when I’m cooking or baking or writing. My hands are my treasure." she says. You can follow her works on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/dogacanonaran/) and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/PaprikaPaperGoods/). Her online shop: paprikapapergoods.etsy.com
